Questions from offices
Does the office have to buy anything or sign an exclusive contract?
No. Taking part is free and doesn't require buying any services. The rules are in the program terms you accept when applying.
How do I know a client signed up and paid?
Your partner dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups, paying clients and commission due. Clients are shown without personal data: date, plan and status.
When and how do I get my commission?
Once a month by bank transfer, when at least 50 PLN is due — based on your invoice. Commission covers plan payments for 12 months from the client's sign-up.
What if the client loses the link?
They can simply enter your code in the “Referral code” field at sign-up. A link with your code is also remembered in their browser for up to 30 days.
Can I email the link to all my clients?
To your own clients you have a relationship with and consent for such contact — yes. Mass mailing people who haven't agreed is prohibited and breaches the program terms.
