Withdrawal from the contract

As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason and at no cost. Choose whichever way suits you — each is equally valid.

The form is optional — any unequivocal statement is enough. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient.

What happens next

  1. Straight away: an e-mail confirmation with the date, time, case number and your statement as a PDF.
  2. We check the details in our records and refund all payments using the same method — within 14 days at the latest.
  3. The service is switched off; you can download your data for 14 days.
  4. We keep the case documents until claims become time-barred, then delete them.

A domain registration cannot be withdrawn from once it has been carried out (Art. 38(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
