Pricing FAQ
What do I get in each plan?
Start (9 PLN/mo): 1 website at yourcompany.pageforyou.pl, 1 GB of space, 1 mailbox, 10 GB cloud storage. Mini (19 PLN/mo): 2 websites, custom domain, 5 GB, 3 mailboxes, 30 GB cloud. Business (49 PLN/mo): 5 websites, 20 GB, 10 mailboxes, daily backups, 80 GB cloud. Every site has a secure connection (https padlock). Add-ons (shop, bookings, blog and more): each plan in the price list says how many are included; each additional one costs 30 PLN/mo, or 324 PLN/yr with a yearly plan — billed together with your account. The first 14 days are free.
How much is the annual plan?
Pay for 12 months upfront and save 10%: Start 97.20 PLN/yr, Mini 205.20 PLN/yr, Biznes 529.20 PLN/yr.
Is a domain included?
A subdomain (yourbusiness.pageforyou.pl) with an SSL certificate is included. You can register your own domain, e.g. yourbusiness.pl, in the panel at the price of the registrar AfterMarket.pl with no markup from us, or connect a domain you already own.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. A downgrade takes effect from the next billing period.
How does renewal work?
You pay for the plan upfront — monthly or yearly — and add-ons paid separately in the same period and the same payment. We never charge automatically: 7 and 3 days before the period ends you get an e-mail with the amount and a link, and you renew with one click in the panel (Billing → Renew) and pay by BLIK or bank transfer. With a yearly plan you can choose to pay for a given add-on monthly (no discount). Domains are renewed separately.
What happens if I don’t pay on time?
Your account, website and add-ons keep working for 30 days after the payment deadline. We remind you by e-mail on day 10 and day 20, and one last time 2 days before suspension. On day 30 we suspend the account and the website goes offline. After suspension you can still log in, pay (the website comes back right away) and download your data — for 14 days. Then we delete the account and its data. Registered domains remain yours.
Can I withdraw from the contract?
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. Just e-mail kontakt@pageforyou.pl and we refund you within 14 days. An already registered domain is the exception.
How do I cancel?
Delete your account in the panel or write to kontakt@pageforyou.pl — we then delete your data within 30 days. You can also simply not renew: 30 days after the payment deadline the website goes offline, for 14 more days you can download your data, and then we delete it.
Is VAT added to the prices?
No. Prices are final — we are VAT-exempt (Article 113(1) of the Polish Goods and Services Tax Act).
Can I transfer a domain I already have?
Yes. In the panel, under “Domains”, click “Transfer your domain to us”, enter the address and the transfer code from your current company. It usually takes from a few minutes to a few days, depending on your current company.
How much does a transfer cost?
.pl domain: 0 PLN, and its expiry date stays the same; after that you renew with us for 122.94 PLN a year. .com, .eu and similar: the price of one year's renewal (e.g. .com 61.44 PLN), and the domain gains a year.
Will my site and email stop working?
No. Everything keeps working as before until the transfer is done. If your email is with your current company, you can leave it there — just don't tick the email connection when transferring.
